When scavenging for authentic vintage recipes it is inevitable that one will wade into the thick marshes of ethnic cuisine. For what is vintage if not the cultural imprint of times gone by, varying in flavor depending on where you experience them? Our version of it is the signature woolen hat, traditionally worn by Moldovan peasants, which is warm, cozy, and seems to be large enough to house an entire world of its own.
How do you cook a vintage design?
Well, it’s not that hard, if you follow the recipe! Just take a large chunk of packaging design experience, divide it into several parts for convenience, mix in a glass of pure cask-strength inspiration, add a tablespoon of local ethnic spices, and sprinkle it with some craziness for seasoning. Sounds simple, doesn’t it?
